African Cichlids Aquarium Products

1. All prices quote herein or verbally by Addicted 2 Cichlids or its representatives are Inclusive OF GST, GST were applicable will be charged in accordance with current tax legislation. 
2. Delivery is not included in any prices stated, and availability of delivery is at the discretion of the courier company.
3. Please check all good on delivery as claims will not be accepted once signed for.  Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
4. Whilst every effort is made to deliver stock in good condition, Addicted 2 Cichlids will not be responsible for breakage, lost or damaged goods during transit.
5. Addicted 2 Cichlids reserves the right to alter any prices without notice.
6. All products are subject to availability.
7. All products remain the property of Addicted 2 Cichlids until fully paid for.
8. All products must be paid in full before delivery will be made.
9. All products must be picked up otherwise a delivery fee will also apply.
10. A dishonour fee of $40.00 plus GST will be charged for all dishonored cheques.
11. All warranty forms must be retained with the product, otherwise the warranty becomes invalid and must accompany the product for return or repairs.  Items are covered for 12 months from the date of purchase.
12. Warranty only covers certain aspects of the following products: Water Pump and Internal/External Filters - Only covers for motor not the impellor.  Air Pumps - Only the motor, not the diaphragm and the wear and tear of plastic parts.  Heaters - Only covers for not heating and leaking but not for breakages.  Fish Tanks - Only covers for leaking not breakages.
13. Addicted 2 Cichlids reserves the right to repair goods first before exchanging for a new one.
14. Addicted 2 Cichlids will charge for repairs if the products are altered in anyway or the products are improperly used.
15. Addicted 2 Cichlids will not take any responsibility for any errors with any prices stated.
16. Addicted 2 Cichlids reserves the right to charge for removal of any goods for warranty purposes.
17. It is the choice of each individual consumer to use any products.  Addicted 2 Cichlids will not be liable for disease, injury or death of fish, water plant, living rock, coral, things, damage to property or injury of any person from the use of this product regardless of warranty period.
18. We do not refund products purchased for a simple change of mind or wrong decision.  However certain items may be exchanged at the discretion of Addicted 2 Cichlids, under Fair Trading Refunds Policy.
19. By purchasing any product or service from Addicted 2 Cichlids you have agreed to all these Terms and Conditions stated.
20. All call outs will incur a minimum $60.00 call out fee and a $50.00 per hour cost after that. (including maintenance's for no shows).
